Relytix is a real estate intelligence platform that generates feasibility analyses and lifecycle workflow and reporting for developers. The Service is operated by Greyledge Capital Group LLC, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

Payment Information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We receive limited billing information (such as the last four digits of your card, billing address, and subscription status) from Stripe.

Uploaded Content. We collect any files, documents, and data you upload to or generate within the Service, including jurisdiction queries and report outputs.

Integration Data. With your consent, we may access data from third-party services you choose to connect (such as Google) to provide requested functionality.

Usage and Telemetry Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, search queries, IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit functionality.

Service Providers (Subprocessors). We use trusted third-party vendors to operate the Service, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and backend infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• Lovable — development platform and hosting
• Mapbox — mapping and geospatial visualization
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google — OAuth authentication (if you choose to sign in with Google)

Legal and Safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Relytix, our users, or others.

Business Transfers. If Relytix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by our subprocessors. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications
