Terms of Service

1. The Service

Relytix is a real estate intelligence platform that generates feasibility analyses and lifecycle reporting for RV parks and modular build-to-rent (BTR) communities, using public records, third-party data sources, and AI-assisted research.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is currently offered only to users in the United States.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately at privacy@relytix.app of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated by us in writing.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Price Changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, files, queries, or other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Relytix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written consent
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Submit content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Relytix and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Reports and outputs generated by the Service may be used for your internal business purposes. You may not redistribute or resell reports as standalone products.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Supabase, Mapbox, Resend, Google, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

9. Important Disclaimers — Not Professional Advice

The Service is an informational tool only. Reports, analyses, scores, recommendations, and other outputs generated by the Service are produced from public records, third-party data, and AI-assisted research, and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or out-of-date information.

Outputs from the Service do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, real estate, engineering, environmental, or any other professional advice. You should independently verify all information and consult qualified professionals before making any investment, development, acquisition, or business decision based on the Service.

No Guarantees. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any data or output. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relytix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Relytix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relytix and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your User Content, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Relytix regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
